The outside of these gluten-free broccoli cheese bombs is crispy, and the inside is cheesy and flavorful. They're great as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Chop the broccoli and put it in a large bowl
Add the bread crumbs, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Mix until everything is well mixed and the mixture stays together when you press it
Make little balls out of the mixture that are about 1 to 2 inches across
Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Be careful when putting the broccoli cheese balls into the hot oil
Fry for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oil and let it drain on paper towels
Enjoy while hot!
